The Japanese Garden is a place of contemplation and cultural appreciation, visited by people who wish to enjoy a serene, Zen-like environment. Therefore, we ask you to respect the following rules and not to consider the Garden as a photo studio:
- The use of public restrooms or any other area of the Japanese Garden for changing clothes, makeup, or hairstyling is not permitted. The person being photographed must arrive already dressed, as the use of public restrooms or any other Garden facilities for these purposes is not allowed.
- Access to the main building or other internal areas of the Garden is not permitted.
- It is forbidden to step on the grass, climb the waterfall or rocks, or enter restricted areas. Please respect the posted signs and the instructions of Garden staff.
- Choreographies, performances, musical acts, or use of party props are not allowed.
- General behavior: it is not allowed to be barefoot, shirtless, or wearing swimwear or similar attire. Objects resembling weapons or those with religious connotations are strictly prohibited.
- Photographers/videographers may only use handheld cameras. External accessories (such as light panels, reflectors, screens, tripods, or drones) are not allowed.
Right of Admission and Stay
- The Japanese Garden reserves the right of admission and permanence.
- If behavior is inappropriate or does not comply with these rules, staff may request that the activity stop and/or ask the group to leave, without refund of the entry fee.
- Once you leave the premises, re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted.

- The commercial or advertising use of images of the Japanese Garden is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
